We offer spacious, comfortable and well equipped boardrooms which are available for conducting arbitrations, mediations and business meetings.

Our space has been custom built to suit the hosting of any type of meeting.
In particular with regard to mediation and arbitration, we understand that counsel and arbitrators/mediators are striving to help the parties resolve their issues, or to narrow them. So if at 5:00 you are close to a resolution, the last thing you need is someone hustling you out the door because they’re closing for the business day. We’re going to stay open. We know it’s important, when you’re that close, to not lose the gains made during the day.
Our staff will also make sure your group is able to relax as much as possible – that’s why we’ve created some breakout rooms that are more living room than cold, austere office. Refreshments are always important, and our staff will ensure everyone is well sustained, but not distracted by our catering.
Technology is key, and we have ensured our office is state of the art, with both wireless and hard wire internet connections, viewing screens and complimentary computers (upon request).

Realtime/Rough Draft Court Reporting Service
While court reporting services are commonly not a part of the arbitration process, many participants would still like to avail themselves of a written record. That’s where we come in.
Our realtime/rough draft only service is designed with the arbitration in mind, where a certified transcript may not be required, but a fantastic “rough draft” could be of utmost use to counsel and the panel – whether for evidence review, witness or expert preparation, cross-examination/impeachment purposes, submission preparation and as an aid in the preparation of judgments.
Our unique services include:
- Realtime (voice-to-text) transcripts provided on viewing laptops
- Rough draft at day’s end in electronic format
- Mini (condensed) transcripts prepared daily in binder format for the panel
- Certified transcripts always accessible should they be required later
- Realtime streaming to the internet via LiveNote (have your expert view the testimony from the comfort of their office)
- On-line repository of transcripts (upon request)
- Access to the proceedings for those with a hearing loss
Rates are developed to suit each case requirement. For further information, please contact Kim Neeson at 416.413.7755 or
