Kim Neeson was honoured to prepare a transcript, pro bono, of the presentation of the G. Arthur Martin Award at the Criminal Lawyers’ Association conference late last November 2008.  Sadly, Judge Humphrey passed away May 17th, but his family were grateful for the kind words of all those who spoke at the tribute memorialized in writing.
