Superior qualifications

Realtime reporting is our forte. Our reporters are exhaustively trained in the delivery of realtime services, and all are skilled in the latest court reporting technologies.

Though no certification or accreditation is required in most Canadian provinces, services for depositions involving our U.S. clients are rendered exclusively by Registered Professional Reporters or Chartered Shorthand Reporters. We provide ongoing training in U.S. deposition work and we support all of our reporters in their efforts to obtain U.S. certification.

Neeson & Associates is pleased to offer well-appointed, complimentary boardroom space at our downtown location. From counsel's offices to a client's factory, most locations will allow us to provide our court reporting services.

Attractive rates

Our fees are competitive within the Canadian marketplace. Real time and rough draft services are also attractively priced. Rates may be tailored to meet special needs cases or for those of unusually long duration. Cancellation fees are waived if notification is received by day prior.
